Easy Returns – How It Works
We’ve made returns simple and hassle-free:
- Share your order number along with your registered email or phone number
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your request
- Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be purchased directly from Cherilo.com
- A valid invoice or order proof is required
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, accessories, and freebies must be intact
We recommend securely packing the product to avoid any damage during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Diapers and baby hygiene products
- Breast pumps and feeding-related items
- Feeding bottles, sippers, nibblers
- Similar personal care products
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
- If your order is already shipped, you may refuse delivery or contact us for assistance
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the product is received back at our facility
Return Charges
- Returns are free of charge
- However, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refund Process
- After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days
