Easy Returns – How It Works

We’ve made returns simple and hassle-free:

  • Share your order number along with your registered email or phone number
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your request
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Cherilo.com
  • A valid invoice or order proof is required
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, accessories, and freebies must be intact

We recommend securely packing the product to avoid any damage during return transit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Diapers and baby hygiene products
  • Breast pumps and feeding-related items
  • Feeding bottles, sippers, nibblers
  • Similar personal care products

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • If your order is already shipped, you may refuse delivery or contact us for assistance
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the product is received back at our facility

Return Charges

  • Returns are free of charge
  • However, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Refund Process

  • After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it
  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days
